		<description>I cannot disagree with what you have said. Still these are some of the areas where technology entrepreneurs face stiff challenges. While it is easy to constitute a board of advisors, it certainly is a tough call getting like minded people on board without offering them  attractive remuneration. 

While I sincerely appreciate the need for investors to deal with a team rather than a single individual, I am not very clear about how to go about it. What should be the level of stake of others in the team? How much of the stake one would have to part for such team members?

Do you have any ideas to offer?</description>
